TERMS
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit (25% of rental cost).
The remaining balance of rental cost must be received at least 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Should a cancellation be made less than 6 weeks before arrival date, the following amounts will be due:
29-56 days notice - 50% of rental due
15-28 days notice - 75% of rental due
0-14 days notice - 100% of rental due
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Residents will be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the property by a member of their party.
This includes damage caused to the property and all carpets, furniture, appliances and sewage systems through misuse.
We recommend residents take out holiday travel insurance for the period of their stay.
PETS
Pets are allowed if confirmed with cottage owners. All pets must have their own baskets, blankets and feeding bowls and be kept in the porch area where available.
